Who\u2019s won second place in the ABCs of Touring?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The H.O.G. ABCs of Touring is organised annually. Every H.O.G.\u00ae<\/sup> member can take part in it and prizes can be won every year. Surely when a member of one of our Nordic chapters wins a prize, it\u2019s worth having a chat with her! <\/p>\n\n\n\n We met in Gjerdrum, a picturesque town about 40km above Oslo. Gjerdrum is the hometown of Camilla Bj\u00f8rneli, 42, where she lives with Tommy Kragseth Hansen. She is the proud winner of second place in this year\u2019s ABCs of touring and warmly welcomes us in for a drink and to share her story. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Camilla has been touring as a passenger with Tommy since 2009 and started riding on a Honda Goldwing, but quickly switched to a 2014 Ultra Limited CVO. Later, they upgraded to a 2018 Ultra Limited CVO and then a 2022 Pan America\u2122. Since May 2022, Camilla has been touring on her Pan America. She chose the model after being lucky enough to ride The Great Relay\u2019s Pan America, in 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Since 2021, Camilla has been a Life Member of H.O.G., enjoying the camaraderie of being surrounded by a wonderful group of people \u2013 her second family. No matter where you go in Europe, you are well taken care of and can have a chat with anyone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n To achieve the ABCs prize in 2023, she rode around southern Sweden, Denmark and across the continent to European Bike Week in Faaker See, Austria. She planned the routes precisely to pass through as many countries as possible, and visit many H-D\u00ae<\/sup> dealers along the way, before attending the event in Austria.
