It provides a fantastic introduction to the French art de vivre with a string of impossibly beautiful ancient villages, castles and outstanding vistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Little Venice<\/strong><br>Colmar is the most popular city to visit on this Alsace wine trail. The Old Town of Colmar is the city\u2019s main highlight, with half-timbered houses, cobblestone lanes and \u2018Little Venice\u2019 along the river Lauch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Idyllic villages<\/strong><br>Take a ride to Eguisheim, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Eguisheim has a unique layout, with concentric circles of streets around the castle. Also nearby is Riquewihr, dubbed \u2018The Gem of the Alsace Vineyards\u2019.
