We\u2019d recommend them all, but for something a little different, here\u2019s our alternative H.O.G.<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> to-do list\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Harley-Davidson Praha<\/strong><br>It would be remiss of us not to recommend the legendary Harley-Davidson<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Praha dealership, not least because it holds the record for the oldest Harley-Davidson riders&#8217; club in the world, officially founded in 1928. The Old Town is more than seven centuries old, and over the ages a lot of subterranean activity took place. Enjoy installations such as the Endless Disco Room, a mirror, light and music experience; Head on a Platter, an illusion where you look like your head has been disembodied; or the Bed of Nails, which challenges you to have nerves of steel!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Location: five minutes\u2019 walk from Prague Main Station<br><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/museumofsenses.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">museumofsenses.cz<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Museum of Communism<\/strong><br>The Czech Republic, then part of Czechoslovakia, was an important Warsaw Pact nation during the Cold War and technologically one of the most advanced, but it had a history of repression and attempted insurrection against the installed Communist regime, including the Prague Spring of 1968 and the eventual Velvet Revolution in 1989. The Museum of Communism, ironically situated in a former palace that also houses shops, charts it all in a superb exhibition following the terrible history of World War II and the transition to Soviet domination. Don\u2019t let the location put you off; it\u2019s well worth a visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Location: Close to The Powder Tower Prague city gate<br><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/muzeumkomunismu.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">muzeumkomunismu.cz<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Franz Kafka Museum<\/strong><br>Few people have had a description of a situation or story scenario named after them, but Czech literary legend Franz Kafka is one of them. Kafkaesque is used to describe an extremely unpleasant, frightening or confusing situation, similar to events in his novels. If finding out more about his literary history is your cup of becherovka, this is the museum for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Location: Prague Lesser Town<br><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kafkamuseum.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">kafkamuseum.cz<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Day trip: Kutn\u00e1 Hora<\/strong><br>The picturesque town of Kutn\u00e1 Hora is around 80km east of Prague, just over an hour\u2019s ride. It was once almost as important as Prague itself, due to its vast wealth from silver mining, and has some beautiful fairytale streets and buildings. There\u2019s also the macabre, such as Sedlec Ossuary, or Bone Church, which is decorated with human skeletons and skulls.
