South Buona Vista Road and Mount Faber
Singapore | 36 km
Singapore may be a compact destination to navigate on two wheels, but there are still thrills to be found. This route takes you along one of the city’s most picturesque heritage routes – the South Buona Vista Road. The lush tree-lined avenue snakes through the high ridges flanking Kent Ridge Park, with plenty of twists and turns to keep you entertained along the way (locals often refer to it as ’99 bends’). You’ll then join the West Coast Highway and sweep up to Mount Faber – a picturesque hill that offers panoramic views over the city, and a popular cable car. Descending once more, the route takes you through the heart of the city’s downtown district and on towards Changi Airport, on the eastern side of the island.
TIMING IS EVERYTHING
Sunset and sunrise offer spectacular views of the island of Sentosa from Mount Faber Park.
