Starting from Harley-Davidson Winnipeg, this scenic loop heads through Beausejour to Lac du Bonnet, where Drifter’s Inn is a great spot for lunch or a coffee break. From here, you’ll follow the banks of the Winnipeg River through Powerview-Pine Falls to the eastern shore of Lake Winnipeg.
You’ll pass through several charming beach towns on your way back to the city. South Beach Casino in Scanterbury is another great spot to rest, fuel up and grab some lunch.
If you prefer to switch it up, you can also tackle this ride in the other direction, riding up the shore of the lake and back home along the river. It’s especially spectacular in fall, when the boreal forest puts on a colourful show of changing leaves against the pines.

On the Labour Day long weekend, make time to check out the 4P Festival in Powerview-Pine Falls, which celebrates the foundations of the region: power, pickerel, peas, and paper. Events include a parade, a chainsaw carving competition, and pea soup specials at restaurants around town.
