Celebrating 110 years of The Enthusiast
2026 marks more than 100 years of your favorite magazine!
In the summer of 1916, Harley-Davidson launched The Enthusiast. In its introduction, the first edition set the tone: âThe Harley-Davidson Enthusiast is your magazine. It is made up mostly of material that our riders contribute. If you have a good photograph and story, let us take a look at it. Mark plainly on the back of photo what the picture is about.â
Over the course of 2026âthe publicationâs 110th anniversaryâthe Harley-Davidson Museum® will be highlighting stories and photos that graced the pages of The Enthusiast.
Look for new clippings twice per month. Weâll strive to give you a mix of racing highlights, international updates, pop culture tidbits, and epic ridesâpulled straight from archival issues from that same month or season. Riders of the day connected with these stories, and we believe you will, too.
